On March 13, Lin Zhihua, President of Zhejiang Wanli University, and his delegation visited the headquarters of Guangbo Group, where they held a specimposium with Wang Liping, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group, to discuss deepening school-enterprise cooperation and promoting the integration of industry and education.

Chairman Wang Liping welcomed the delegation from Wanli University and introduced the industrial layout and talent strategy of Guangbo Group. He pointed out that the development and transformation of Guangbo Group demonstrates that a company's demand for talent evolves with the changing environment. Currently, we are in a critical period of intelligent manufacturing and technological R&D. Manufacturing enterprises have an urgent need for versatile talent and look forward to deepening coopion with Wanli University in talent cultivation and technological breakthroughs.

President Lin of Wanli University introduced the school's achievements in talent cultivation over the past few years, emphasized the high alignment between the two parties in fields such as cultural and creative design and intelligent manufacturing, and expressed the hope to establish a regular communication mechanism to explore new models in the construction of internship bases, talent practical training, and industry-university-research projects, thereby providing the enterprise with outstanding talent.  

This symposium marks a new stage in the school-enterprise cooperation between the two parties. In the future, we will take talent cultivation as a bond to expand the scope of school-enterprise cooperation and innovate cooperation models.
